User Problem

When moving issues from one Jira project to another, the issues that are still open remain linked to the Jira Align Feature as issues from the old Jira project. Manually deleting these feature links in Jira Align for each affected story is time-consuming and inefficient. Additionally, when attempting to use the Mass Move feature to delete these story links, selected items are lost and filtering conditions change unexpectedly, making it difficult to proceed with the desired action.

Suggested Solutions

1. Implement a fix to ensure that when issues are moved between Jira projects, their links in Jira Align are updated accordingly.
2. Enhance the Mass Move feature to retain selected items and filtering conditions, providing a smoother and more intuitive user experience.
3. Introduce additional search options within the Mass Move functionality to allow users to quickly locate and select the desired items for bulk actions.

Current Workarounds

At present, the only workaround is to manually move each affected story to the recycle bin individually, which is highly time-consuming and inefficient, especially when dealing with a large number of open stories.
