Forecast - Showing North Star instead of Yearly Goal as a Column

This is regarding the North Star column shown on the Forecast page. Under the columns you can select, we have North Star displayed even though we have the toggle off for this for the Pyramid in the Platform Terminology, which also means user can't create Goals for this type either, however, it shows in the Forecast as a column. North Star is the 4th level of Goal (highest and rarely used). The Yearly Goal is the lowest level, always on, and is tied to Themes. Since we are looking at Portfolio Epics, the Theme they roll up to as well as the Goal attached, this is a bug where the option for the North Star is displayed instead of the Yearly Goal in the Forecast page. It shouldn't be giving an option for a Goal that they don't even have turned on.

Steps to Reproduce

Tested using the steps below:

• Navigate to Administration > Platform Terminology > Customize Pyramid Display section
• In the above section, disable the toggle for North Stars and Save
• Confirm the North Star goal is disabled as expected. I tested by navigating to Enterprise > More Items > Goals > Add Goal. Then checking the Type dropdown to confirm North Star is not listed there. This is good.
• Now to check the Forecast page, navigate to the top Portfolio menu, select your Portfolio
• Click Forecast in the left side menubar
• Click Configure Columns on the top right corner
• Notice the North Star is displayed there as column options

Expected Results

• Since the Platform Terminology has the toggle for North Stars disabled, it should not display as a column on the Forecast page as well.
• Also, the Forecast page should be showing Yearly Goal as that makes more sense instead of North Star
