Issue Summary

Jira Align's "Jira Change Log" is missing Error Logging for the JA Defect Work Item. Currently the Jira Change Log under JA Admin > Jira Settings > Manage Projects > View Log logs sync errors between Jira and Jira Align only for work items - Features and Stories.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

• Created a defect in JA and assigned it to a Program and Jira Project
• Defect issue type was not set up under Jira Settings> Jira Setup> Issue Type
• Hence, when trying to sync the newly created Defect to Jira, I could find the error in audit log as follows-
  "Unable to create issue(typeid): 400:Bad Request, issuetype: Specify a valid issue"
• Navigated to Jira Change Logs under JA Admin > Jira Settings > Manage Projects > View Logs, and searched for Defect under item issues for last 7 days - did not pull any results
• Also tried filtering for Issue=Defect, which did not work either.
• Noticed that Defect logs are not getting logged in the Jira Change log

Expected Results

Defect work items sync errors between Jira and Jira Align should be logged in the Jira Change log under JA Admin > Jira Settings > Manage Projects > View Log similar to Features and Stories.

Actual Results

The JIra Change Log in Jira Align does not captures sync errors between Jira and Jira Align for work item Defects.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
