Issue Summary

When you select a team (or program), in top nav, go to Reports, select Dependency Maps, and then Wheel. It is not defaulting based on the team/program selected in left side bar and even clicking on the team/program on the wheel is not updating the wheel.

This issue is reproducible even in old navigation.

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Team from top nav
2. Select a PI from left nav in the team room
3. Navigate to reports and access Dependency map
4. From under Maps option on the top right, select Wheel view
5. Notice that the wheel is not defaulting based on the team/program shown in left side bar and even clicking on the name on the wheel it doesn't always change.

Expected Results

The team/Program on the dependency wheel gets defaulted based on the team/program selected in the left nav. Also, the teams/programs on the wheel are clickable.

Actual Results

Dependency wheel is not defaulting based on the team/program shown in left side bar and even clicking on the name on the wheel it doesn't always change.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
