Issue Summary

In the New Nav in JA When adding a Parent Key Result to an Objective it is not being logged in Audit log

This is reproducible on Data Center: Yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create 2 objectives
2. Add Key Results to Objective 1
3. In Objective 2 add Objective 1 as Parent Objective
4. Set a Parent Key Result from Objective 1 to Objective 2
5. Check Audit log of Objective 2

Expected Results

Objective 2 Audit log to have both records, the Addition of Objective 1 as Parent and Key Result.

Actual Results

Objective 2 Audit log just logs the Addition of Objective 1 but the Parent and Key Result is missing.
