The customer wishes to synchronize work item links (such as 'blocking' or 'blocked by' in Jira, with 'predecessor/successor' work item links in Jira Align). However, there appears to be an issue with this functionality.

Having the ability to sync work item dependencies between Jira Align and Jira will allow for a seamless integration between roadmaps in both of these products. Currently it is already possible to keep roadmaps in sync vs. the start and end date fields. Work item dependencies set in Jira currently do not flow through to Align however which is disrupting the ability for teams to use the tools most appropriate to their role whilst ensuring that everyone is looking at the same data. In most of our clients agile teams operate predominantly in Jira (and Advanced Roadmaps) where program level teams operate in JA and the roadmaps there.
