Scenario:

When a Feature that is tagged to a custom hierarchy is split into two features, Part 1 and Part 2, Feature's Part 2 does not carry forward the custom hierarchy field details. The custom hierarchy field remains blank and has to be manually assigned and saved. Due to this new feature that is split does not appear when viewing for features in the custom hierarchy.

Requirement:

When splitting features tagged to a custom hierarchy, the details of the custom hierarchy should be copied to the new feature i.e. part-2 of the split feature.
