Issue Summary

Under Roadmaps, when filtered using epic by themes and choosing month by quarter, the view doesn't show PI lines for all epics under the same theme.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the roadmap
2. Select view as "epics by themes" and choose month by quarter
3. Open themes with 10+ epics

Expected Results

PI planning blue lines should appear for all epics under the theme.

Actual Results

PI planning blue lines only appear for a few epics under the theme.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour.
