When we create a "Team Dependency" we can add new stories or assign existing stories to it. The stories indicate the work needed to satisfy the dependency.

However when we create a "Program Dependency" there is no way to indicate the work needed to satisfy that dependency.

We should be able to add a Feature or a similar work item to track the work done for the dependency.
