Issue Summary

If you view the work tree page in the new navigation and compare it to another window in the old nav with the same exact filters, the data does not match.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a browser window with new nav enabled
2. Select a Portfolio, a PI, and go to the Work Tree page
3. Open another browser window and disable the new navigation
4. Go to the work tree page and select the same portfolio and PI
5. Compare the numbers in both windows

Expected Results

The data should match

Actual Results

The numbers do not match, despite having the same exact filters selected.
