REST API 2.0: Ability to retrieve the Portfolio Epics Spend values

      Please add support to retrieve the Spend information of Portfolio Epics including the Spend values for accepted Stories.

      As many values are calculated, where we, as users, don't know how this is done, it is essential to query all values shown by Jira Align.
