Currently, any changes made to the Capacity Planning --> Default Settings automatically override values set in the Plan Details.

Issue Identified
When the customer update the defaults, it automatically updates the data across the board. This bulk update feature is seen as inflexible and diminishes the utility of having default settings. They believe that updating default settings should not automatically update the data but rather offer an option for users to apply these changes where necessary.

Customer's Request
The customer suggests a more flexible approach where updating the default settings should present an option, rather than a mandate, for these changes to be applied. Users should have the ability to choose where and when to apply the updated default settings, instead of the system automatically enforcing these changes across all relevant data points.
