Issue Summary

Performance increasingly declines as large numbers of records are filtered on the Roadmap, eventually failing to run. This is seen in users even with SuperAdmin Role

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. On T1/Config Bar select a Program w/ Solution + PI that contains 1000+ Features.
2. Now see how the page doesn't load the data, and an error can be seen on the HAR files.

Expected Results

Roadmap displays without issue.

Actual Results

Roadmap never displays, showing a blank page
The below exception is thrown in the HAR file:

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
