Issue Summary

When importing Stories using CSV/XML file even with few records JA keeps spinning

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login
2. Go to Storie's grid. 
3. Select Import in the More Actions. 
4. Download teamplate. 
5. Fill in the Stories title, Description, and Program. I have filled around 3 Stories. 
6. Save. 
7. Try to import the file back to the system. 

Expected Results

The file is successfully imported. Stories are created. 

Actual Results

Jira Align keeps spinning.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
