Similar to the changes made to Lead Time chat, this should show a rolling average of Cycle Time values for all items assigned the PI. Cycle Time starts the day that the item moves to In Progress and stops the day that the item moves to Accepted/Done. The formula should add 1 to value so that items that move to In Progress and Accepted/Done on the same day have Cycle Time of 1.
