Issue Summary

Users with Role PMO and Scrum Masters are not able to access the Impediments page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA.
2. Impersonate a user with a PMO or Scrum Master role.
3. Go to Items -> Impediments from the top menu.
4. We get Page timeout.

Expected Results

We should be able to access the Impediments page as a user has permission to access it.

Actual Results

"Whoops.... Something went wrong while displaying this page.
If you are stuck please contact the support desk"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
