Specify in permissions the hierarchy level of report

      In the administration of user roles and permission, Reports are currently parked in Additional Options

      As some reports are specific or apply to certain hierarchy levels and influence the display of a menu item related to that hierarchy, it would be beneficial to have a better representation of the reports in regard to the hierarchy level they apply, now that this aspect has a more crucial role in the new navigation

      Also it would be ideal that reports that apply to a specific level should be disabled should a hierarchy level is entirely disabled from the permission
