User Problem
NewNavigation: Owners are shown outside the screen in the Program Increment Cleanup Report. This works fine in OldNavigation.
The current page view for this report in the New Nav is unintuitive and not on par with the OldNav view. In the new Nav, users need to scroll on the very thin horizontal scroll bar at the bottom which is not very user-friendly.
This report navigation issue is happening in other reports as well, like Program Allocation. The reports do not fit within the screen.
Old Navigation:
- Navigate to Reports > Program Increment Cleanup Report
- In sections such as 'Stories Not Accepted', the Owner column displays on the screen by default without the need to scroll
New Navigation:
- Navigate to the top Program menu > Select a Program > Reports > Program Increment Cleanup Report
- In sections such as 'Stories Not Accepted', the Owner column is not visible on the screen right away. User needs to use the very thin horizontal scroll bar at the bottom to scroll to the right side and then will be able to see the Owner column on the right. This is not user friendly.
Suggested Solutions
Make the entire report data visible fit into the screen without scrolling need
Current Workarounds
In the New Nav, user can collapse the left side menu bar. That will make the owner column visible without scrolling need.

Program Allocation Report
This report navigation issue is happening in other reports, like Program Allocation.
In this report, there is no way to navigate the page fully.
It is necessary to collapse the left menu to fully see the report since, just in this way, the report fits with the screen.
Please consider this enhancement for all reports in the New Navigation UI.
