Issue Summary

In v10.127.2, some customers are experiencing significant slowdown when navigating through pages like Objectives, Dependencies, and Program board.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Program Board/Objectives
2. Navigate around the page and observe the performance

Expected Results

Page should be responsive to request.

Actual Results

The below exception is captured in Splunk

Properties.ExceptionDetail.InnerException.Message"="The remote host closed the connection. The error code is 0x80070057.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
