Issue Summary

Clicking on the "Links" tab in a work item (tested here with Features) results in a permanent spinning wheel that prevents the work item popout from being used again until the page is refreshed.  The network tab indicates that nothing is actually happening behind the scenes after the base components are loaded.

I have reproduce this in the support environment running 10.127.2.  This happens with both new and old nav toggles enabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Features page and open a Feature
2. Click on the Links tab

Expected Results

The links page would finish loading, even if there is nothing to display.

Actual Results

The loading wheel spins indefinitely causing the side panel to become unusable.

Workaround

No workaround I'm aware of
