Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

• Create two Portfolios
  • Portfolio A
  • Portfolio B
• Create one Program under each of these Portfolios
  • Portfolio A -> Program A
  • Portfolio B - > Program B
• Navigate to Administration -> Details Panels Settings -> Select Portfolio A -> Select work item as "Dependency"
• Add two new custom fields
  • Text Custom Field 1
  • Text Custom Field 2
• Make "Text Custom Field 1" active and "Text Custom Field 2" inactive for Portfolio A
• Now choose Portfolio B
• Make "Text Custom Field 1" inactive and "Text Custom Field 2" active for Portfolio B
• Create a new PI - Release_2024_1
• Add both Program A and Program B to the PI
• Create a new dependency and select the newly created PI

Expected Results

Since both Portfolios' Programs are part of the PI, both custom fields should appear.

Actual Results

The custom field of the second Portfolio doesn't show up on the slide-out
