    Description

      Problem:

      Currently, when you create a new Theme you only can associate it to one or more programs and not Portfolios.
      If your Theme needs to be associated with several Programs it may be quite laborious, picking one by one.

      Suggestion:

      Themes should be capable of being associated to a Portfolio.
      It may save time, instead of picking one program per time to create a list with several Programs. the user could just pick a portfolio that contains all the programs the user wants the Theme to be associated
