Issue Summary

on new version 10.127.1, when the customer attempts to import users using the Import template, it shows the blank page and Import button is "greyed"

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Settings > People > More Actions > Import Users Records
2. Step 2. Click Brose
3. Step 3. Choose the file (XLS/XML file)

Expected Results

screen appears to load something, the suer should get a Data Preview, Click on Import
and then, Users are imported.

Actual Results

screen appears to load something, but the user get the Blank and Import button is "greyed"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
