Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to roadmap view in new navigation
2. go to view options and turn on date and progress to show at all times
3. use the drop down at the left to change the PI.
4. you will see a different date format in the PI drop down than on the rest of the screen
5. This also applies when you use the slide out to go into detail on an issue, the target completion, Portfolio ask dates etc are different from the PI date ranges

Expected Results

Only one way to show dates should be on one screen
