Currently, in the new navigation sorting of the Program Increments is viewed as newest to old. (such as In Progress, Planning, Done, etc.)

The request is to have the ability to sort the PIs in the dropdown in the reversed order, (old to new) when navigating layers (Program,Team, Solution etc.). In this way, the most recently closed PI would show up as the first place on the list,
