Issue Summary

The report TeamHierarchy report is a report accessible from the Strategy level in the new navigation
This report is used to display the full hierarchy based on the Organization Structure selected in a snapshot

If a snapshot takes a large Organization Structure that englobes the whole organization, for very large company structures, this report gets excessively slow, over a minute to load

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Strategy/Enterprise and select a large snapshot
2. Go to more Item and select Organizational Hierarchy
3. Notice the report takes a long time to load
   Note: This is applicable for very large organization

Expected Results

The report should load relatively quickly, as the legacy top tier filter way oof displaying the full organizational hierarchy

Actual Results

The request https://your_JA_instance/GraphFileReportsHelper?FunctionID=DrawTeamHierarchyReport Takes a very long time to load,
This seems to be related to the function called, that is making multiple depth recursive database calls to build the hierarchy

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
