Add "Notes" to the Feature slide-out panel

This is a request to add the Notes field in the Feature slide-out panel

Currently, Notes can be added to features on the roadmap, but these notes are not part of the feature object itself. It would be really helpful if those notes could be seen when viewing the feature itself, not just on the roadmap view

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select a program and a PI
2. Navigate to the Roadmaps > Work view
3. Add the Notes column to the view
4. On a feature row in the roadmap, click "Add Notes"
5. Add a note and click save

Suggested Solutions

Expected result: Note is saved to the feature object. The note is available as a field in the feature slide-out when selected

Current Workarounds

Notes is only available in the Roadmap view or Features grid as a column. The note is not available when looking at the feature itself in the Feature > Details slide-out panel
