Issue Summary

No option to See multiple Tier Reports in the same report for the Program Predictability Report.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA, Select a Program form the top dropdown.
2. Click on Report in the left panel
3. Select Program Predictability Report
4. From the Top left, we can select a Tier from "Team/ Program/ Solution/Portfolio"

Expected Results

Should have the option to select multiple Tier, For example, Team and Program in the same report.

Actual Results

We can select only 1 Option from the Tier dropdown.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
