      Sprint: Changes to user allocations in sprint shouldn't be recorded to team's audit log

      There should be sprint tied to an agile team. Sprint should contain members.
      1. Open sprint from preconditions
      2. Navigate to the Members tab
      3. Edit allocations of any member and save.
      4. Validate is the changes are recorded to sprint's audit log.
