Issue Summary
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a team_xxx
- Select team_xxx and it opens the team_xxx room

- Select 'More items-> teams' from the team room and assign a program increment. After, select the Star to make it visible on the home

- In the home appeared the Team_xxx in the Recent rooms (that opens the recent room of the team_xxx) and in the Starred (that opens the team_xxx)

- In the Home page, click on the team you deactivated or deleted (deactivate the team means to select the value 'NO' in the 'Active' field in the Team details - see the first image), this will generate the message "You need permission - Not all shared filters could be applied to the page. Contact your system" - see the second image

Expected Results
Since this change removes the team from all other active reporting, it is expected to remove it from the homepage too.
Actual Results
The message "You need permission - Not all shared filters could be applied to the page. Contact your system" appears and is confusing for the users.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
