Issue Summary

Currently if we choose a Portfolio from the top navigation and then navigate to the Epics grid, select Apply Filter and notice that the selected Portfolio is already added as a filter and we are unable to remove. Even if we add a new portfolio to the filter, it is impossible to remove the primary filter.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a portfolio (portfolio 1)
2. Go to Epics
3. Click Apply Filters
4. Add a second portfolio (portfolio 2) to the filter options
5. Click filter
6. Click Apply Filters
7. Attempt to remove Portfolio 1

Notice that you cannot remove the Portfolio 1 filter. And If I want to just filter by portfolio 2, I have to go back to the main nav menus and start all over by selecting just portfolio 2.

Expected Results

We can remove primary filter(portfolio 1) from the Epics grid and just filter by other portfolios (portfolio 2).

Actual Results

We can't remove primary Portfolio filter. If we want to just filter by another Portfolio, we have to go back to the main nav menus and start all over by selecting just the required Portfolio.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
