Issue Summary

The roadmap is not showing the proper results when moving from the portfolio to program levels. If we start at the program level, the proper work items display. If we go from the portfolio level roadmap to the program level roadmap, we still see all of the work items for the portfolio level instead of filtering to just the work items for the program.

Steps to Reproduce

• Select a Program from a Portfolio where the Solution layer is enabled ** from the top Nav and select PI's associated with it
• Navigate to Roadmap
• It lists all the Features associated to that Program
• Navigate to Portfolio Roadmap and select same PIs
• Notice that it will list all the Features associated to different Programs under the selected Portfolio
• Now, Navigate back to Program level Roadmap and select the same PIs as before
• Now, the Roadmap filters all of the work items for the portfolio instead of filtering to just the work items for the program

Expected Results

When moving from Portfolio Roadmap to Program Roadmap, Program Roadmap lists all the Features/ Feature by Epics tied to the selected Program.

Actual Results

When moving from Portfolio to Program level Roadmap, it lists all the work items for Portfolio level rather than Program level. This looks to be occurring anytime that the solution layer is enabled regardless of whether or not capabilities are turned on.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available. If you change to the Old Navigation and reset the filter and reapply, the results will display correctly.
