Issue Summary

In the Jira Align Hierarchy, we can see that Solution has programs under it

• Portfolio
  • Program
    • Teams
• Portfolio
  • Solution
    • Program
      • Teams

The Jira Align new navigation has for each hierarchy a bottom menu item in the left menubar, to have a quick access to the child hierarchy 

Portfolio: has access to Programs
Programs: Has Access to Teams

Solution however has this menu item missing

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Portfolio> Choose a portfolio
2. In the left menubar, scroll to last item
3. Notice the "Programs" item
4. Do the same from Programs> Choose a program
5. Notice the "teams" item
6. Do the same from a Solution
7. Notice no item is shown

Expected Results

The solution layer should show in menubar the child hierarchy items under it

Actual Results

Currently the solution layer does not have an option to show the child hierarchy items

Workaround
