Issue Summary

Getting Error "There are no records that meet the selected criteria." when viewing Logs, with Browser Language set to German.

Steps to Reproduce

Login to JA.

1. Go to Settings -> Connectors -> Jira Settings -> View Logs
   You are able to see logs, for the default item type (i.e. 'Issues') and for the default date range (i.e. the last 7 days).
2. If you change the type for example to 'API Error', you get the red alert message:
   "There are no records that meet the selected criteria.”
   Pre-requisite:
   Set the Web browser setting to use non-US language (e.g German) for the display of pages.

Expected Results

Should be able to View Logs

Actual Results

"There are no records that meet the selected criteria.”

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
