Issue Summary

On Strategic Snapshots, users attempting to create Funding Approval rules input the amount and email, but when they click "Save" the pop up page turns plain white. When the plain white page is closed, the values entered are actually not saved.

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Strategic Snapshots on Enterprise layer
• Select or Create a Snapshot
• On the Snapshot, General tab, select Setup Funding Workflow
• Click Add Funding Approval Rule and input the amount and alert email
• Click Save

Expected Results

The inputed value is saved and when you return to the Snapshots General tab, you can see the saved value in the "Funding Approval Rules" field.

Actual Results

The setup page turns white when the save button is clicked. The inputted values are also not saved.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
