Issue Summary

In the OKR hub, Program Increment values are cleared when navigating between Team & Program in the new navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

Old Navigation

1. Navigate to OKR hub
2. Select Program in the first dropdown, select the actual Program name in the second dropdown and the Program Increment in the third dropdown
3. Data is displayed.
4. Instead of Program click on the first dropdown and select Team. Program Increment field data is retained.

New Navigation

1. Select Program in the first dropdown, select the actual Program name in the second dropdown and the Program Increment in the third dropdown
2. Data is displayed.
3. Instead of Program click on the first dropdown and select Team. 

Expected Results

Program Increment field data is retained in the new navigation as well.

Actual Results

Program Increment field data is cleared.

Workaround

You can select the appropriate PI in the "Program Increment" dropdown on the left-side panel and this will be persistent.
