Issue Summary

Parent Objective is unavailable when creating a new OKR using the new experience.

Steps to Reproduce

If you're using the new navigation:

1. Select Portfolio, Solutions, Programs, or Teams in the top navigation bar and select the entity you want to view create objectives for.
2. On the sidebar, select More items in the list of options.
3. Select Portfolio objectives, Solution objectives, Program objectives, or Team objectives, respectively; the objectives page displays.

If you're using the old navigation:

1. Select Team from the left Nav menu.
2. Under the Manage section, select Team Objectives; the objectives page displays.

Create an objective by selecting the Add Objective button from the top-right of the page.
Be sure you are using the new OKR creation experience.

1. Click over Create an OKR button
2. Select the Tier (Team, Program, Solution, or Portfolio) and the respective Tier data
3. Click over Create an OKR button
4. Set the time period
5. In the dropdown field What parent objectives does this align with?, no Parent Objectives are presented

Expected Results

The user can search the Parent Objectives in New Experience OKR during creation.

Actual Results

The user can't search the parent objectives in New Experience OKR during creation.

Workaround

At this time, we identified two workarounds:

1. By using the legacy experience; or
2. Save the OKR by using the New Experience and then edit the OKR created to set the Parent Objective
3. In OKR wizard, go to the [Add key results] tab, then click [Back] to go back to the previous tab, and select parent objective.
