[New Navigation] Ability access to the Roadmap from the main menu

      Hello,

      Currently, in the new navigation in order to access and view the Roadmap, a program, solution or portfolio should be selected in the main menu tab bar.

      The suggestion is to have the ability to access and view the Roadmaps in one click like the way in the old navigation.
