Description

Original: Hello team! Currently, the 'Export' functionality doesn’t export the custom hierarchy info within the Epic and this info is really relevant for the customer that uses those levels to relate and track their work Therefore, we would like to suggest adding a column related to the custom hierarchy field in the exported file

New: Currently, the 'Import' functionality or work items such as Epics , Capabilities and Features does not support linking to Custom Hierarchy levels   Can we provide a way to allow an import to set the custom heirarchy information in our Work Items?   Request is related to JIRAALIGN-5963 - Epic Export: Export Custom Hierarchy Field
