Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

Running team meetings within Jira Align can sometimes experience slowness when multiple team members are present. This can result in certain page actions taking longer to complete and the next page to be displayed 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Under the Team dropdown, select a Team
2. In the sidebar menu click on 'Team Meeting'
3. On the Team Meeting Page, hit 'Retrospectives'
4. On the left side hit 'INTERACTIVE TEAM MEETING'
5. Select a PI and a Sprint and hit 'Start a Retrospective'
6. Follow through the process of running the meeting
7. Notice that throughout the process some pages will take a much longer time to load than expected

Expected Results

The website would experience quick loading times.
