Issue Summary

In the old nav, the Backlog page needed at least and/or could use only the PI info to filter the results, which allowed us to see the data across Portfolios. However, in the New Nav, it is not possible to achieve the same result as the access to backlog is directly attached to a Portfolio, Program or Team and there is no option to filter by program increment.

Steps to Reproduce

New Nav:

• In the JA home page, select a Portfolio, Program or Team
• In the sidebar, click on 'Backlog'
• Notice that is not possible to remove the selected Portfolio, Program, or Team to filter only by PI to view the result across multiple Portfolio/Program/Team
• There is no PI filter option available

Old Nav:

• Select multiple PIs in the Tier1 configuration bar
• Navigate to Backlog under Portfolio/Program/Team
• Notice that the Roadmap results are filtered by the PI selected

Expected Results

Able to view Backlog across multiple Portfolios/Programs/Teams with only PI filter selected

Actual Results

Unable to filter backlog results only using PI filter to view the results across multiple Portfolio/Program/Team.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
