Changing TEAM PICTURE throws http error 400

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. As a Super Admin, find the Team you want to change picture.
      2. Select it, enter details page then click on the green icon for changing image
      3. Select image file on local fils system
      4. Select image area of interest
      5. Click Apply button
      6. Notice the UPLOAD ERROR (red error message) on top of the screen
      7. Notice HTTP ERROR 400 on the browser's developer tool's console

      Issue Description:
      Super Admin user gets an error message "UPLOAD ERROR" when trying to change TEAM PICTURE by uploading an image file.
      Image file is OK; is within compatible criteria for file type and file size boundaries & weight.
