Issue Summary

In the new nav, the expected behavior is for the tag filter to persist when selecting a new program in the Roadmap. However, this behavior is not working as intended. This is in contrast to the older navigation where the filter was maintained when switching between programs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Program (call it program 1) then navigate to the Roadmap
2. Filter Roadmap by a specific tag
3. Select a different program (call it program 2)
4. Navigate back to Roadmap

Expected Results

Roadmap for program 2 is filtered by same tag as program 1

Actual Results

Roadmap for program 2 is unfiltered

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
