Issue Summary

In the Details panel of a Release Vehicle (against the list of associated work items such as Stories and Features) you can see both a count for the work items and a View All link. If you click this link when earlier in the same working session filters have been applied to a grid view then the resulting list of work items shown on screen will be less than the count seen in the details panel settings (and may even show no work items at all)

Steps to Reproduce

Note: Reproduction done by Tech Support using the New Navigation, BUT after completing the reproduction flipping to old navigation appeared to show the same issue.

1. Create a release vehicle and link it to at least two different features where those features belong to two different programs (in the same portfolio)
2. Open a grid view of features and set a filter for one of the two programs
3. Change to the grid view of Release Vehicles and open the details of the release vehicle (without changing any filters)
4. In the details panel scroll down to the list of features and make a note of the count
5. Click View all next to the features (in the details panel)
6. Check to see how many features are listed (it should be less then seen in step 4) and note that the filter for the single program is still in place.
7. Remove the filter for the single program  - the list of features  should now contain the same number as recorded in step 4 

The same issue can affect other types of work item (that might be associated to Releases.) There is the possibility (which has not been confirmed) that View all links inside the details of other types of work item may show the same behaviour

Expected Results

The View all list should always match the count and list shown in the details panel so any applied filters should be cleared so that just the relationship to the Release Vehicle is filtered

Actual Results

As the filters remain in place the grid list is mismatched against what is shown in the details of the release vehickle

Workaround

Clear the filters (if any are applied)  after clicking View All
