Issue Summary

State is not marked as a mandatory field when importing stories using Excel sheet, while in reality, it is. If we try to import stories leaving the state field un-filled, then we get the following error message-

Steps to Reproduce

• Navigate to Teams> Stories
• From More Actions, click on Import Stories/Criteria
• Download the template for import
• Add one test story, its description and the Program. These are the only mandatory fields.
• Save the file as .xml(Excel 2004 XML spreadsheet) and then browse and import the file.
• Notice that we receive an error message

Expected Results

State is be marked as a mandatory field while importing stories using Excel sheet

Actual Results

State is not appearing as a mandatory field while importing Stories using Excel. Getting an error when trying to import story without filling the State field.

Workaround

Fill in the state field before importing the Story excel file even though it is not marked as mandatory.
