Issue Summary

Solution Objective tree - columns shown not updated based on selection. Works in old UI.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA, in NewUI
2. Select any Program from the Program Dropdown
3. Click on "Objectives Tree" in the left panel
4. Click on the "List View" button next to the Objectives Tree header
5. Click on "Column Shown" enable "Status" and "Owner" and click on Save

Expected Results

Upon clicking on Save, the table should only have 2 Columns "Status" and "Owner" but it does not save the columns.

Actual Results

Upon Clicking on Save in the last step, it does not load the enabled Columns.

Workaround

Switch to OldUI, Enable/Disable Columns there and then switch back to NewUI.
