[JIRAALIGN-601] Epic Work item- Personas Affected Field on the Benefits panel throws a false Successfully Updated Message when adding invalid Personas than saving

      1. Create an Epic

      2. Navigate to the Benefits panel on the created Epic and update the Personas Affected field with an invalid Persona (persona that doesn't exist) then type enter

      3. Click Save on the work item

    • The Personas Affected field would not let users add Personas that do not exist. Users would be forced to select from the available list.

      STR:

      1. Create an Epic
      2. Navigate to the Benefits panel on the created Epic and update the Personas Affected field with an invalid Persona (persona that doesn't exist) then type enter
      3. Click Save on the work item

      AR: User Receives a toaster message Successfully Updated, but the invalid Persona is not added

      ER: The Personas Affected field would not let users add Personas that do not exist.  Users would be forced to select from the available list.
