Chat option still available on Story Grid after Enable Conversations disabled.

      As a super admin, navigate to Administration -> Platform. Click the Program tab.

      Set the Enable Conversations to "no"

      Save the settings.

      log out of Jira Align

      Log back in.

    • Chat option is disabled throughout the application.
    • The chat option is no longer available in the Team Room, but, if you navigate to the Story Grid, for example, the Chat Column is still there, and Chat continues to function.

      Problem:

      After disabling the chat feature in Administration -> Platform -> Program, the chat column is still listed on the story grid and is still usable. 

      Steps to reproduce:
      As a super admin, navigate to Administration -> Platform.  Click the Program tab.
      Set the Enable Conversations to "no"
      Save the settings. 
      log out of Jira Align
      Log back in. 

      ER:
      Chat option is disabled throughout the application. 

      AR:
      The chat option is no longer available in the Team Room, but, if you navigate to the Story Grid, the Chat Column is still there, and Chat continues to function.
