Issue Summary

The burndown report shows inconsistency with a PI set as "done," even if it is set as "done," the gray line representing the Program Increment End Date to ongoing PIs is shown in the current date.

Steps to Reproduce

A way to reproduce it is as follows: 

1. Create a PI and set the Finish Date
2. Associate Sprints to that PI where the end date is later than the PI end date.
3. Associate a few stories to sprint and set values.
4. Generate the burndown report.
5. Check the gray line.

Expected Results

No gray line should appear for PI ongoing.

Actual Results

The burndown report is being created for closed PIs, and also it is not considering the finish date for the PIs for the chart.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
