Issue Summary

The global search doesn't find capabilities once you search them by ID.
All the other issues work fine, Stories/Epics/Features but not Capabilities.
you can only find capabilities by name.

This is reproducible :YES

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to the Global search, write an existing capability ID
2. Note: Nothing will appear in the result list
3. Now, try to search by the capability name, it will work.

Expected Results

Capabilities shown be searchable by ID in the Global Search as all the other Jira Align Issues

Actual Results

Global search don't find anything if you try to search a capability by its ID

Search the capability by it's name/title
